I received a gift from my grandmother, who knows I love certain products but forgot that I dislike others. I decided to try some of her purchases that I had heard negative feedback about, and I was shocked! The candle had no wick! The spread was overly sweet and inedible. The other spread tasted spoiled, and the dried flowers were discolored. I felt terrible for my grandmother wasting money on such subpar items. When I looked for a return address on the website, I found a notice stating "NO REFUNDS." This situation is unacceptable, and I cannot understand why this is allowed.
