This is about customer service well the lack of. We have a dead bird under our panels as the agreement says we are not allowed to touch or modify in any way. All we have asked is the bird be removed and bird protection fitted to stop it happening again. If they were my panels this is what I would do but not allowed under their contract. All they have done on any communication is spout the legal this and legal that. Seems this will not make any difference with their attitude they don’t care less
