Buying experience was smooth and easy.The product was exactly what I expected.The negative was that the courier let me down.The product was meant to have been delivered on the Friday (I paid extra for this)It actually turned up to me Saturday mid morning !The contractor obviously couldn’t wait, so had to rebook them.The staff at your end contacted the courier etc, and were really helpful.I did get a refund on the extra carriage.In summary, I can’t fault Ashbrook, s**t happens, but they done everything in their power to atone.Would I use / recommend Ashbrook ?
