They were let down by the office staff who failed to order a skip and sufficient roofing materials and provided inaccurate information about this and when the roofers would be on site leading to delays and inconvenience. They also failed to send the guarantee and necessary information to the Competent Persons Certificate team in a timely manner and had to be chased a number of times.
