Sizer is wrong as it is expandable going over the knuckle. My 2 dogs passed within 6 months so I choose a ring with one stone, I measured my finger using the plastic expandable sizer- it was entirely wrong; the company shared they would fix this, sent hard real sizing rings and new collection bags for ashes. I waited weeks; calling the service member in NY she shares they want more money to resize. No call, no explaining but it was my fault! I am shocked to hear they want MORE money? They have not made the ring bigger? It is my fault? This is unacceptable & they should use real ring sizing loops per my local jeweler. I’m expecting a call to hear how much more…this ring is ~$998.00 American dollars! Why did they apologize and then malign my words about the sizer and now share thy want more money! Watch out and please purchase US made items. I hope my ring gets made as this is DISRESPECTFUL to my dead animals and family.
