I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service at this store. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. Instead of trying to help resolve my issue, she showed an indifferent and even defensive attitude, as if my situation didn’t matter at all.
The error with the product was not mine—it was clearly the store’s mistake—yet there was no willingness to take responsibility or offer a fair solution. The minimum a customer expects is respect and a willingness to help, but I received the complete opposite.
It’s very disappointing to see how they handle situations like this. They definitely need to improve both their customer service and how they train their staff to handle basic issues.
I do not recommend this store if you expect respectful treatment or proper solutions.
