The item, a Glycine Airman "The Chief" GMT watch arrived with a broken (or defective) 2nd crown (the crown at 4 o'clock for the GMT function). Nevertheless Ashford Customer Service has been very helpful thus far with the return process, providing a return shipping label, Return Authorization, and packaging and return instructions. They have also provided options for me to receive a refund, exchange, gift card, or a store credit for the purchase price of the return item. I opted for the store credit to use on a replacement purchase, since I may elect to go with a different watch. Ashford has an unreal selection of quality men's (and women's) timepieces. I have made several previous purchases of men's timepieces from Ashford - at least 5 or 6, maybe more - and have never been disappointed with either the process or the items I have purchased. They have been an absolutely top notch company to do business with, and I will continue to purchase watches from Ashford. I have only been "disappointed" with THIS, single product. And Ashford is working with me to rectify this obvious outlier experience. In general, great company. Great products.
