Exceptionally poor customer service. Lifetime licence appears to be for one year only then you have to repurchase at full cost. Statements of upgrades at reduced cost are completely untrue there is no such thing from them. Emails are met with either silence or statements that ignore the problems and are unhelpful. I concur with all the above comments. The software does work well initially although very slow.
