Over the years I corresponded with a woman who introduced herself as a 32-year-old mother with two daughters. I received a very large number of messages and photographs from these accounts.During these exchanges I clearly stated several times that certain types of photographs were not acceptable and that such content would be illegal in France.Recently, around the Chinese New Year, I was informed that they would travel to Paris to meet me for approximately ten days. Shortly before the planned visit all communication suddenly stopped and the accounts disappeared without any explanation.After contacting your support service I received a generic response stating that members are free to leave the platform. Considering the circumstances and the length of my paid membership, this answer is not satisfactory.This situation raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the profiles and the practices used on your platform.I therefore formally request:1. A full explanation regarding these accounts. 2. A review of my entire account history and payments. 3. Clarification about whether these profiles were verified. 4. Consideration of compensation or refund in light of the circumstances.If this matter is not properly addressed, I will consider submitting the case and supporting documentation to the appropriate consumer protection and cybercrime authorities.I expect a serious and transparent response.Sincerely, Joseph AFLALO
