I cannot thank her enough for her planning the tours we wanted in Vietnam and Bangkok and her great communication. 1. Planning - We provided what we like to see and the dates, and she came up with a detailed itinerary proposal and 3 or 4 * accommodation options. We chose 3* and it was wonderful. We also opted to have joined tours, and our tours were in a luxury van with max. 11-12 people. The best part is that you can customize your tours day by day. 2. Communication - She kept us informed every day re when and who will pick us up from airport or hotels in the mornings. Below is the example of her communication.
