My family enjoyed a wonderful 12-day journey through Vietnam, traveling from north to south.All of our guides and drivers were friendly, relaxed, and made the experience even more enjoyable.We wouldn’t hesitate to travel with this company again!
For a moment, I thought that this company doesn't care about its customers, because they were late in building the itinerary I requested. But, I admit I was very wrong. They are very caring. The delay was due to the country's 80th Independence Day, and also fell on a weekend when they are not working. I highly recommend that every traveler trust their help in building an itinerary according to what they specialize in. This company has tremendous knowledge and expertise in trips. In addition, their prices are very reasonable.
We are a group of 8 friends from the US that were visiting Vietnam for the first time. We wanted to experience the main highlights of the country in just 2 short weeks. Rosa Vu of Asia Viva Travel was extremely dedicated to making sure our trip was incredible and we cannot thank her enough! From the Mekong Delta, to Ho Chi Min City, Hoi An, Halong Bay, Sa Pa and Hanoi, we were constantly on the move. Asia viva is a outstanding company to book your travel experices with, I was blessed to book my tour in Vietnam with Rosa. She is so beautiful to work with, was able to organise everything we where seeking to experience, she would stay up late and make sure our plane arrived safely even with delays from the plane, she's been here any moment we need her, I can't describe how blessed I feel to have her as my tour organiser, her massive heart definitely shines through her work, I have felt safe 24/7 thanks to the beautiful Rosa. She has dealt with last mintue changed and hiccups so professionally and is always happy to assistance with anything. I would of been so lost without her and asia viva travel. All of our day travel guides have been amazing, its so nice to have a Vietnamese guide whom can give you the knowledge but also translate in moments you need it, our favourite guide was fifi she made us feel so welcomed and safe and I loved all of her knowledge and guidance, she's definitely a shining star. The drivers I take my hat off to, they are next level to drive in Vietnam traffic, we always felt safe in the car and could get to the next destination safely and effectively. We have been blessed enough to do Vietnam in 17 days from Hanoi to ho chi minh city, I honselty couldn't have done this trip without the guidance from all members in asia viva travel they have all helped it make it smoothly and safely. The biggest highlights have been cave exploring in phang nha, ha long cruise, seeing the beauty of hoi ann, the outstanding marble mountains. We abouselty love phang nha and da nang we are wanting to return in the future and we will abouselty be booming again with asia viva. Words or reviews will never be able to express my gratitude towards the company and the amazing staff. Looking forward to booking again.
