I have used Skywings a couple of times recently when travelling to/from Canada from the UK and the service and pricing has been exceptional. Most recently, I needed to change my seats on a booking and the WestJet portal would not allow me to do so, but Skylar at Skywings sorted it for me in an instant. I could have asked for nothing more, and the communication, documentation and payment process were all excellent. I can highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my future flights.

I made a call to clarify information about luggage as I was concerned that the allowance was different on my return flight. I had a very helpful assistant, Kathy, who put my mind at rest by explaining the way it worked (the explanation on the tickets had been rather misleading). Very happy with the service I received.

Legit Company!
Found the site thru skyscanner. Based on my previous experience with other 3rd party website, they advertise cheap flights, take your money and then ring you to say “im sorry that flight is no longer available” boost the prices up to £500 more - absolutely disappointing.
Skywise was easy to navigate, spoke to an agent to make sure the prices were available, booked the flight on their site, less than 24 hours later, booking was confirmed. If only all 3rd party sites were that straight forward
Amazing service from Skylar. I was having difficulties with my bank authorising the payment but Skylar was very professional and patient and helped me resolve any issues I had with the bank. He also confirmed and sent my flight itinerary within 2 hours as promised. Communication has always been clear and accurate and I really appreciate that.
