If there was a no star option I would give that. This is a poor imitation of ChatGPT which I thought I had signed up for the paid version of. The refund policy is unfair and it is unlikely anyone would qualify for a refund. Plus the help and support email is not correct so you can not get to talk with anyone. I will try my credit card to see if they can get my money back, but I would say having used the service that I agree with others that this is a scam site which is misleading people into thinking they have signed up for the paid version of ChatGPT. My advice is avoid at all costs because it really isn't a useful AI tool at all.
