They had an advertisement for joining for $1 and then pay $38 a month afterwards. Well, they took the entire $39 out of my account. I cancelled the subscription immediately and got in contact with their customer service. It took a little bit of back and forth but they said I will getting the entire amount refunded. They shouldn't be advertising for something if they don't follow through on that advertisement
