Right off the bat I have to say two things about Asket (and their t shirts): 1) this is the best t shirt I’ve ever owned, and;2) this is the best customer service I’ve ever received... ever I ordered two L-Regular T shirts from these guys - one black and one grey - and was blown away by how incredible they felt and looked. Their quality is second-to-none. Even after a few washes they look like they came right out of the package. I’ll be picking up a few more colors as soon as possible. Let’s talk about something I was even more blown-away by though: the customer service. Initially, when I got my shirts in the mail, I only tried on one of the shirts and assumed (stupidly, I admit) that the other must fit the exact same. So, I pulled the tags off, threw them through the wash, and was sadly mistaken when a few days later I realized the grey shirt was noticeably bigger and didn’t fit nearly as well as the black. I’d already violated the return policy and was kind of bummed I wasn’t going to be able to ship them back for an exchange. I reached out to customer service just to tell them that one of the shirts was slightly bigger in hopes that they might let me return it.The Customer Service rep, Ines, reached out immediately and asked if I could just measure the two shirts and send the batch number to them, also adding that they would really appreciate it just for their own sake because their company is all about attention to detail and want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. After sending in the measurements and asking if there was any possible way to ship the shirt back for an exchange, Ines did me one better: they offered me a FREE replacement. Not only that, they told me to KEEP the original, and they’ll send me the replacement as soon as possible. They also helped me figure out my correct size after I told them which shirt fit better. (PS Ines I’m customer service is maybe my favorite person on earth at this point)I cannot praise these guys highly enough. Everything about this company is outstanding. PLEASE, I’m begging anyone considering trying one of their pieces out to do yourself a favor and try them out. You won’t regret it!
