Stealing money through unrefunded returns. TWICE now I have made a return (from which they deduct a tidy fee), not that it even matters because they conveniently forget to actually issue the refund. When first confronted, they claim innocence, then finally cough up the refund after repeated asks. No apology. Shameful. Untrustworthy.
