I returned a coat to Asket on 13 December. It was received by them on the 16th. A month later I have still not received my refund.Fortunately I paid using Paypal so I am asking them to get my refund for me.Not great.UPDATE: 18 JANUARY 2025Asket contacted me yesterday and less than 24 hours later my refund is on the way to me.Seems the delay was due to a processing error.I should have gone straight to Asket rather than going via Paypal.Star rating increased to four. (I feel a bit mean not giving them 5 stars because once I contacted Asket direct - which I would advise others to do - things were resolved very quickly. Maybe view it as four and a half stars!)
