In its products return policy (described in the T&Cs and on the "Help" page of its website), Asketcontractually undertakes to exchange or refund a product that does not suit the customer.This commitment greatly contributes to the customer's act of purchase, who has the impression (butunfortunately wrongly) that he is thus covered against the risk of disappointment relating to theproduct purchased. Without this specific clause of the guarantees (clause not respected by ASKET),the product would not have been purchased.Finally, ASKET does not refund the returned product, even though it validated the return request,with the provision of a transaction number. The product was indeed recovered by ASKET, but notrefunded : this is akin to fraud !Furthermore, ASKET does not follow up on email reminders : total silence, no information isprovided by ASKET, which totally contravenes its contractual commitment, and thus denotescontempt for the customer.Yet, all the conditions prescribed by ASKET, for the return of the product, were scrupulouslyrespected, and the product was indeed delivered to the ASKET warehouse (return label provided byASKET) : the parcel tracking slip, provided by the carrier, attests to this.Does ASKET, given that its commercial registration is registered in Sweden (which makes legalrecourse more restrictive for a French customer), have the feeling of perfect impunity in the face ofthis proven dishonesty ?Email reminders are sent to ASKET, to claim and obtain the contractually due refund, by providingall the appropriate supporting documents.Despite this, still no reaction from ASKET. No refund of the product, no email of explanation,justification, or estimated refund time : ASKET "is playing dead", despite its promise of a responsewithin 1 working day, after each reminder !This breach of trust, this astonishing absence of professional ethics, this reprehensible non-compliance with a commitment that is nevertheless contractual (and leading to apparently assumeddishonesty), are all criteria that encourage us to absolutely and resolutely flee this ASKET company,to place no trust in it, particularly given its lack of consideration for its customers, its failing ethicsand professional conduct.
