During the midst of the pandemic I lived in an apartment complex with many other people who were about be illegally evicted.I went into a small panic attack called up Ask Now and was lied to by the customer service representative from start to finish.She promised me this incredibly generous discount as a first time caller and then recommended I connect to one of their Master tier psychics 🔮 without telling me he was $13.99 a minute and that the discounted offer didn't apply to Master psychics.This individual she encouraged me to try was most definitely not a gifted psychic but rather a very glib con artist who claims he's a practicing Wiccan. True pagans don't go out of their way to screw people over. I explained to him that most of us received letters of eviction even though we were supposedly protected by the government from being evicted. He had me repeat myself many times and instead of tuning into the situation and crisis psychically he started ranting about a previous situation that had personally happened to him. He was also looking up online resources on the internet while chatting driving up the cost of the reading as much as possible. There were moments I let him know I'd be hanging up soon but he'd stall as much as possible to drag on the conversation indefinitely.The next day I went to my local bank to make a deposit and noticed this company had made multiple charges on my Mastercard debit card without my consent or permission. I was in complete shock and disbelief that this company went out of their way to scam me when I was being threatened with an eviction and money was tight for me!I of course called customer service up to dispute the charges and they claimed I knew that I'd be charged extra based on a tape recorded message I had listened to right before being connected to my psychic.The only message I had heard was a sped up tape that was so garbled it sounded like a recording of Alvin and the Chipmunks 🐿 chatting. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this disreputable company at all costs. My bank was unable to fight for me and the BBB was also unsuccessful at helping me get my money back.
