I wish to express my extreme disappointment with both your product but more so your follow up service. My husband and I purchased an Asko Dishwasher from Harvey Norman on the Gold Coast last May, purchased prior to our kitchen renovation in May 2021and installed in July 2021. After having been away for 6 weeks I arrived home home a fortnight ago to find that my machine no longer worked. Having attempted to get a local service centre to come, resulting in more than 4 calls with no response to any of them, I decided to call your Melbourne Book a Service Centre, again I have rung three times with no result, having hung on to the phone for a very long time each time and leaving a call back request each time I am yet waiting to get a reply. Therefore I was lucky enough to get a local dishwasher repairer to come and look at the fault which to me seemed a minor fault, however it turned out that the flow meter was faulty and cannot be repaired as it is encased in a module and can not be accessed. I believe that we should either, get someone here asap to do the repair or alternatively have this machine replace with a new machine. This Asko dishwasher was not our first choice but after it had been strongly recommended by the sales team at Harvey Norman, them quoting it was one of the best machines on the market we decided to go with Asko, possibly our first mistake as are extremely disappointed with this product as the machine has really only functioned well for less than 10 months. Please address this matter urgently
