Just been onto to ask service where I have tried to get a service call out for my 4 year old dishwasher. The waiting track informs you that they have 300 staff waiting to help you. Unfortunately their one service technician in my area is apparently retiring so I need to contact a subcontractor myself? why have 300 people in Australian answering phones is they don't book in appointments? I asked to speak to someone higher up and spoke to an escalations manager who asked me "what do you suggest we do about it?". She then told me that this was going nowhere and hung up on me. I have never in my entire life been treated so rudely by someone apparently in customer service, she was disgusting. In summary though, I live in Sydney metro and apparently Asko does not have a service technician. The worst after sale service I have ever experienced.
