Awful service. I bought a rangehood from the Good Guys in November 2024. When I received it home, it was not the correct size (the technician took 1 look at the box and said it wouldn't fit, so we didn't open it). I called ASKO on 25th November, and asked for a refund, and "Carlos" said he would send out a technician to see if they could install it for me, asked for me to send photos through email, I got no response on that day. I sent a follow up email the following day, 26th November, and I received a bounce back. My partner called ASKO on the 25th November, and they said they don't have an installation team, and offered us a refund and said they would send us an email. A week went by, and no email. I called them back, and received the email. I submitted the refund request, and a week later after no response, I called them, and they booked in a time to collect the rangehood. It was picked up on the 19th December. I am yet to receive a refund, after 4 more phone calls, ASKO keep telling me there is issues with the delivery and warehouse, they have marked it as priority. It has now been 7 weeks since my product has been picked up, and no resolution. My next action is to call Fair Trading.I will never buy ASKO again.
