Got a new Asko oven just over a year ago, it had a short, then the hot air stopped working. Contacted Asko and a service person was sent around, apparently a heating coil shorted at the back. Parts were ordered, I waited ages, rang to find out what happened and was told the parts went missing, new ones will be expressed out and be at the repairer by Friday next week or the following Monday at the latest. Now on the Tuesday, I rang, no parts, apparently Asko online says they've arrived, but the repairer doesn't have them. We have to wait until tomorrow to hear the next empty promises, as the parts team close at 4 in Victoria, with Christmas next week when we need the oven.
