ASKO Customer Service is a complete joke.We purchased a brand new ASKO washing machine in June 2024, and 3 months later it had a leak.Took 2 weeks for a service technician to come and do an assessment despite sending them images of the issue with part number etc.The service technician recommended we get a new machine and sent a report to ASKO to that effect.ASKO eventually agreed and because we didn't want to take a chance on another ASKO product, they also agreed to give us a refund. Now this whole process sounds simple, but all up took 2 months.ASKO agreed to pay our washing expenses during the time we didn't have a washing machine.We have sent them all our receipts and information, and more than a month later, they are completely giving us the run-around with refunding our costs.This isn't the worst of it.....Two "technicians" sent by ASKO to remove our faulty washing machine capped the water pipe and told us that it would be fine for two days until our new washing machine arrived.Well, they were wrong!The next day when we came home from work, our home was flooded because they used the wrong cap and it split. Water was in both bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen - basically only 3 metres from the front door was spared.Yes, we are insured, but we will have 2 excesses, and I look forward to dealing with them to try and reclaim this money.Hopefully one of our insurance companies will have better luck in pursuing them.
