I ordered an Asko dishwasher on 30 November, and the delivery experience has been a complete disaster. Here’s what happened:- 6th December: Scheduled delivery was cancelled on the day because the driver was sick.- 12th December: Rescheduled for 7:30-9am, but no one showed up. I had to call multiple times throughout the day, only to be told late in the afternoon that another driver was sick. I was assured it would be delivered on the 16th and that I’d receive an SMS confirmation the day before.- 16th December: No SMS was sent. I called to follow up and was told the delivery wasn’t even booked! They rebooked it for the 17th and assured me (again) it would definitely be delivered.On top of the missed deliveries, customer service was terrible:- Emails: They responded about 50% of the time, which isn’t good enough when you're trying to sort out ongoing issues.- Call backs: Their system is a joke—calls rang for barely a second and then hung up, forcing me to call back and sit through long wait times. It seemed like they were trying to log missed calls as “call backs” to tick a box.This whole process has been incredibly frustrating. The poor communication, repeated delays, and lack of accountability make me regret ever buying from Asko. If you’re considering their products, beware—you might be left without your appliance and a lot of stress!
