Adam J was a brilliant help. He was efficient, informative and very organized. We had already spoken with a major office provider before coming to Officio and he was happy for us to continue speaking directly (as we wanted) and offer us options away from these. He was always on hand for any questions, and provided great itineraries to meet and view multiple spaces we had never heard of before and would have missed completely. Although we had a smaller budget but big aspirations, it wasn't a problem and we did find a great space at a great price at a building and location we would have never found without Officio. I am usually someone who avoids using agents and prefer to research on my own, but would recommend these guys 100%. There's no hard-sell with Adam at least, which I was very happy about and felt more guided and helped than put upon and sold to.
