I was nicely surprised by encountering not just 1 amazing person at Aspen Woolf but 2... their customer service skills are excellent. They for sure went over and beyond in my opinion, but I feel if you ask them, they'd say they were just doing their jobs. Their joy and passion to be connecting people with great properties really came across even though we've never met in person. With Sol, after the initial sales decision was made, I was so comfortable and trusting of him, I was reluctant to deal with anyone else. So I asked if I could stay in touch if I had any questions and he very kindly agreed even though the next part of the process was to be looked after by a different team. Then I met Anisha, and she was also a breath of fresh air.I want to applaud Aspen Woolf for getting it so right with your team... if Sol and Anisha are a reflection of what the entire team is made of, then you've got a golden team.Because of these 2, I would happily deal with Aspen Woolf for further purchases.
