I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with Aspen Woolf and their associated developer, Citylife Holdings 4 Limited. Aspen Woolf has shown how insecure and culpable they are by repeatedly attempting to silence my reviews, even going so far as to mark my previous comments as defamatory. Thankfully, Trustpilot upheld my right to speak the truth, and my review remains visible to the public.I was sold a property by Stuart Clark (who has since conveniently left Aspen Woolf), under the pretence that I was receiving a 10% discount—making the final price £159,600. However, after commissioning three (3) independent RICS-certified valuations, the highest value came in at £120,000—a full 25% below the price I was led to believe was fair.Despite sharing these objective reports with both Aspen Woolf and Citylife, and expressing my willingness to proceed based on the true market value, my concerns were dismissed. Worse, they refused to refund my nearly £20,000 deposit, which was paid in good faith. No reasonable investor would knowingly enter into a transaction with 25% negative equity from day one.Historical listings from 2021 by Oliver Tyrrell further reinforce my concerns, showing prices for the same property between £112,800 and £127,200. It's now clear to me that the pricing was deliberately inflated, with no genuine market rationale.I have since spoken with multiple other investors who are in the same position, raising serious concerns about the business practices of both Aspen Woolf and Citylife Holdings 4 Limited. Their behaviour reflects a systemic pattern of misrepresentation, poor ethics, and lack of accountability.We will take all possible actions—legal and public—to address this issue, not just for ourselves, but to protect future investors from falling into the same trap. Aspen Woolf and City life must be held accountable, and I urge all prospective buyers to conduct rigorous independent due diligence and seek legal advice before engaging with these firms
