I have been informed that the order was cancelled, but I have still not received my refund.I have contacted Danske Bank, who have explained that they cannot release the funds because the amount is still reserved. The screenshot that “Marius” keeps sending me is not sufficient or valid proof, and I have sent numerous emails to your support without timely responses, often waiting several days for an answer.This situation is causing me significant stress, as the refund has not been completed and the cancellation is not fully processed on your end. I urgently request that you fully process my refund as soon as possible, and provide confirmation that the funds will be released.For clarity, my bank confirms: • The payment cannot be sent to me while it is still reserved on the merchant’s side. • The only way to resolve this is for Truspitlo to fully process and confirm the refund.I am extremely frustrated with how long this has taken, and I hope this matter can be resolved without further delay. Please respond urgently with confirmation of the refund.
