Ordered a pair of shoes, but the package were lost during shipment. I’ve sent them multiple e-mails but haven’t heard from them. And when i try to contact them on the phone, i wait for 10 minutes with annoying waiting music and the it hangs up automatically.Hope this will help eventually.Edit: The package wasn’t lost by DHL but post nord, so this also makes me think that they are not doing anything. And if you are solving my case, why wouldn’t you let me know instead of not respondent?
