Tracking number CO650157501DE. And that I am to contact you on this matter. I assume that you will contact DHL/PostNord regarding what the next steps would be. I assume that you also have been informed about the delivery being lost. I have attached the info I got from the PostNord App. In the mail I send to you the 1/4 and then I wrote you on the 4/4. I still haven’t heard anything from you. This is very poor customer service. please reimburse the amount to my account. Update. I have today recived my reimbursement from Asphalt Gold. For the lost parcel. Better late than never.
