I placed an order (#AG43985196) a month ago, but I still haven't received it. I contacted the shop, and they only responded once, stating that shipping could take up to 3 weeks. In the meantime, I contacted the shipping company, and they confirmed that they never received the package. I’ve tried contacting the shop multiple times, asking for a refund or an update on my order, but I received no response. This experience has been very disappointing. I wouldn’t order from them again, especially during a sale period. It doesn’t feel reliable.
