I returned a parcel 4 months ago and have not been refunded! They say they never received the parcel when DHL even provided the name of the person who signed for it. I sent several emails with the proof of delivery provided by DHL and nobody ever replied. On the phone there's always an answering machine in German asking you to send an e-mail. I lost 100€ plus the price of delivery, which is not free!!! You are dishonest!!!!!! Run away if you don't want to lose your agent.
