Order Number: #AG44274002I placed my order on the jordan 4 white cement on July 21, and it’s now July 28, my tracking still hasn’t updated, and the order has been stuck at “shipment on its way” since July 22. Funny is that they never gave me a tracking number too!I contacted support multiple times and only got automated responses sending me links to dpd tracking, meanwhile I haven't received my tracking numebr. No actual update or solution has been provided.Very frustrating experience, especially since the website said 3–5 day delivery. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but this has felt extremely stressful so far. Feels like my money got stolen.
