So on May 8, Asphaltgold writes here on trust pilot that they are working on my case.. As anybody can see here. Well, that is almost a month ago, and they have not let me know anything. What a company. Track and trace proves they received my return in march, worth 249,- euros. But they simply keep refusing to pay me back. They do not even let me know what the problem is... they simply don't pay. This is so unfair, I did nothing wrong. Track and trace proves they received my return, but even here they say they will get back to me, but no action yet. How many emails and Trustpilot reviews do I need to write to get my money back?
