Ordered some nikes which had to be sent back as there was a defect with the shoes. Sent them back at the end of februari and still have not received the money back. In April I sent a message to check on the status and they said they could not refund through the original payment method because of how many days had passed. Instead of emailing me that they needed another method, they just decide to wait until your patience is finished and you contact them again. The 18th of April I provided a different method for the refund but still have not received it. They need to work on contacting those who have concerns more actively. I’m quite annoyed that this whole process is taking so long.
