LE: It seems that The Aspire Education Academy is trading under the legal name of Aspire Sporting Academy LTD and stated that have no connection with the registered Aspire Education Academy, however in all their communications they do not disclose their legal name albeit it is a regulatory requirement. As per Ofsted, they operate under the brand of ‘Aspire Education’, however they advertise as Aspire Education Academy and in none of their communication their legal name is provided or any information that could help with their accurate legal identification.
I dont even know how this company incorporated in 2024, yes, 2024, January, got access to governmental funds, there are two companies (both incorporated in 2024) controlled by the same people looking as a Phoenixing operation, both companies have strike-off notices because the director and share owner have failed to verify their identities with the government (new law implemented in 2025) so both companies are going to be dissolved as penalties are drastic and doubt they plan to pull out their passport, whoever they even are. Also another company was suppose to act as the holding company for these companies, but got dissolved mid 2025 (Vernon Group Holdings Limited). So only god knows who these people even are, they use outsourcing a lot, tutors, everything, and they collect sensitive information like passports, IDs and all your private data, access governmental money, yet they refuse to verify their own identities with the government. Also, these are the people claiming to teach others about safeguarding and online threats and fraud. Surreal. Also, extremely left wing politically, to the extreme that it has become clearly discriminatory under Equality Act and the old "political correctness" we all seen, the worse of their kind playing the good guys, but behind your back... It's like watching BBC or smth. I dont even begin to understand how the government ended up funding shell companies. And then we wonder why they want to censor the whole world and internet and have hijacked safeguarding and equality and all these concepts to justify their bullying. If I register a company under the name of X, can I get governmental funding? I am deffo more qualified and within the law and I dont have a passport, it expired, but I do have a very valid ID and can verify my identity as director of a company. Also, these people are faking big time, it isnt that they deffo dont have any tolerance for special needed people, they dont even have tolerance if you god forgive disagree with them, as I said, extremely far-left mindset.
