The mattress arrived rolled up and compressed but was easy to unpack and place on the bed frame, once the vacuum was released the mattress very quickly grew to the correct size and shape. It is very comfortable and appears very well made.Customer service is the real key here, Aspire’s has been fantastic. I contacted them to enquire about delivery, my question was dealt with efficiently and the information given 100% accurate. Then to make the service even better, they contacted me a few weeks later just to check that I was happy with the product and the service, this is very rare in the world of online retailers, very well done Aspire Furniture..... shows you back your products.
