If I could give zero stars I would. I bought the Aspire Pocket+ Double 1000 Tufted Mattress from Debenhams website after reading all the description and studying each photo it meet all my expectations.After unpacking the mattress I was so disappointed to find that it never even matched the description or photos.You can feel every spring poking out from all sides of the mattress (this has been left for a good 7-10 days to fully expand after unpacking and no improvement) The material on all four sides do not match the photos on Debenhams website either, this mattress I received has a cheap nasty feel to it almost like a paper bag. I have contacted Debenhams about my issues who replied back saying the seller will not accept a return because the mattress has been opened. If the mattress was described accurately to start of with I more than likely would have been happy with it. I would NOT recommend this company or their mattresses to anyone. GO ELSEWHERE!
