The mattress itself is from Aspire but was purchased via Argos. It arrived vacuum sealed and I opened it only to test it. Within the same hour it was obvious how poor the quality was. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, gives very poor support, and immediately made my back feel worse. I had to put my ten-year-old mattress back on the bed the same day.I contacted Argos within the same hour of delivery to request a return, but they told me that because I opened the packaging the mattress is now classed as “used.” Aspire, the supplier, is also refusing to accept it back. Both Argos and Aspire are refusing to do anything about it, and the service has been extremely poor.I feel completely let down as a consumer. Buyers beware: the Aspire mattress is poor quality, and if you purchase through Argos you will get no support from either company once the packaging is opened even if you report the issue immediately. Never purchase from them.
