Ordered a 3000 Wool Pocket King Aspire mattress through BrandAlley. The mattress has a design flaw whereby the sides of the mattress are too soft and depress more than half of the depth of the mattress. If one person sleeps in the middle of it, the mattress has the required firmness. However with 2 average size people in the bed, when turning closer to the edges this issue literally rolls you out of bed! Not fit for purpose. BrandAlley unable to sort the issue and forwarded complaints to Aspire, who just repeatedly stated there is nothing wrong with it! One would think that after so many bad reviews on customer service quality someone would reach out from Aspire, and offer at least to physically inspect the item or allow us to send it back.It appears they do not provide any after sales support, so you are on your own with the complaint. We are really disappointed as this was a premium mattress and now need to purchase a new one. Edit -15/10 a number of photos were supplied to Aspire showing the issue.
