I ordered a small double bed and the wrong mattress came I emailed and they could not have been more helpful I needed a matress asap so had to buy elsewhere but the service was amazing they said to donate the mattress to charity as they couldn’t take it back as it had been unrolled. They said they were sorry and I would get a full refund. They said rather the mattress be used by someone in need then taking it back and throwing it away. Very very good and quick customer service xxx
