I have purchased multiple items from this company and have been let down by all of them. The XXL size is comparable to a men’s medium. Everything they offer seems to be much smaller than expected. I even bought an adjustable hat that is too tight on the last setting, which is something I've never experienced before. The prices are excessive, shipping costs are high, and the returns and refund policy is frustrating. The product quality leaves much to be desired. They may look appealing in advertisements, but I won’t be buying from this brand again.
