So, thought that I was supporting our National Park Service by ordering a t-shirt through Assessmeny. I followed tracking which supposedly started in China, went through customs and ended up at various distribution centers in the US, then showed that it ended up at my local PO. The last tracking info states that it was delivered to "an individual at the address..." on a date when no one was home. Although Assessmeny support has responded to several emails that I have sent, I do not feel that I will get either a refund or my shirt. When I showed the tracking info to a clerk at the PO, he said that it might be a scam, but they will check with the carrier who would have delivered on the date stated. He also said that he has seen similiar tracking info associated with scams. I have not yet reached out to PayPal, but that will be my next course of action. Very disappointed...
