Tom very promptly arranged to come out on the same day of my call, to resolve the problem we had with a blockage under the kitchen sink & a repair to the water feed. He called in advance to give exact time of arrival.Tom & his apprentice were friendly & polite, and worked quickly & efficiently, clearing up when the job was completed. He followed up with a text message to ensure we were happy with the job & that there was no further problems. We will use Tom again to service our central heating system.
