I Did learn alot, however , disappointed after shelling out nearly 2K (with hotel costs) the course seemed to be hijacked as a platform to sell expensive membership of their academy, even to the extent they took us individually out of the class to discuss it, missing part of the lesson.Learned how to find investors and BMV properties but no time was spent on how to cost up a refurbishment - time was misappropriated instead to talk about Stocks and Shares to sell another course.
