Its a such a shame my experience with this company turned out so badly, I spent a significant portion of my life savings with them and yet they never made me feel like an important customer I cannot even get them to return my emails, its very difficult to get hold of anyone particularly when they owe you money! I paid a deposit and it was refundable if for one reason or another I had a change of heart so like a cooling off period which I think is a good thing it instils confidence and I think they do this to encourage people to commit, in my case I decided it was not for me due to the huge financial commitment was unfortunately unaffordable to me so I tried to get my deposit back but now they are ignoring my emails, they don't do what they say they will do so on that basis I cannot recommend this company and I warn others to be very careful!
