It was brought to my attention when speaking with Mollie from AFL, that I had booked a bootcamp training session that I had already booked on a different date that covered the same training and had therefore paid for the same training bootcamp in full that would take place on different dates. I was so kindly repaid the full amount that I paid for the same bootcamp I had already paid for beforehand, and was also sent a list of correct dates i was booked on for training. I felt so overwhelmed by how quickly Assets For Life dealt with refunding me the full amount that they retrieved from my bank account, and repaid it back into the bank account that it was retrieved from within days of me being notified of the error that I had made.
