I opened an account with ASSETwise invest in January 2026. On 27/1/2026, I deposited a total of $27,033 after discussions with their representatives. At first , communication was active and responsive. I was encouraged to increase my position and was shown projected returns on platform dashboard.the issue started between late January and February when I requested a withdrawal. My request was not processed. Instead,I was told there were additional requirements before funds could be released. The conditions being introduced at the withdrawal stage were not clearly stated when I founded the account. I attempted multiple follow-ups during February but did not receive a clear resolution. Response were either delayed or redirected to new explanations. When dealing with large amounts like $27,033, transparency and timely communication are expected. Any fees or upgrade requirements should be clearly disclosed before accepting deposits.
