I feel like I was completely taken advantage of and scammed.I ordered some witch hats that were advertised by a young woman who stated that she makes these hats from vintage fabrics.I received the hats and they are very obviously not hand made from vintage fabrics.I was also charged $16 more than the order was supposed to cost.I don't think it's even worth trying to return them.
